WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR FIRST VISIT
Hello,
We would like to welcome you to taking your first step to chiropractic well
being. You will be joining many friends and neighbors in taking the natural,
drug-free, approach to good health.
People come to a chiropractor for many different reasons. Some may visit
us with injuries from a fall, car accident or work accident. Others come to us
with fibromyalgia, stress conditions, asthma or other health complaints. Still
others arrive with spinal, neck or back pain. Whatever the reason you are
with us, let me assure you that you are important to our doctors at the Ford
Chiropractic Clinic and we will do everything we can to help you achieve your
health goals.
At Ford Chiropractic, your health concerns are very important to us.
When you arrive, you will be greeted by one of our friendly staff
members. You will then meet with one of our three Doctors of Chiropractic:
Dr. James T. Ford III, Dr. Chris Komasa, or Dr. Mark A. Sprecher. At that
time, the two of you will discuss your health concerns. He will review your
health history, perform an examination and discuss an individualized treatment
plan with you.
We would like to thank our patients in the Stevens Point, Plover and
